AI Operations Leader / VPoAI候補（Vice President of AI）

A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (confidential name), backed by over 10 billion JPY in funding, is seeking a Vice President of AI candidate (AI Operations Leader) to lead the strategic integration of AI across internal and client-facing operations. This is a mission-critical executive-track role focused on redefining business processes using AI technologies (LLM, RPA, OCR, etc.) to enhance productivity and decision-making.

You will work directly with CxOs to build an AI-driven operational foundation, manage cross-functional teams, and expand AI-based BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) services to the market. This is a 0→1 leadership opportunity involving organizational design, talent development, and long-term AI strategy execution.

Responsibilities:

• Define AI BPR vision and strategy roadmap
• Lead and scale AI Ops Managers
• Drive internal AI transformation & education initiatives
• Collaborate across Product, Biz, Engineering & external partners
• Build brand presence through external speaking and outreach
• Lay the foundation for a future VPoAI (executive-level AI leadership)

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in AI strategy, business process transformation, or consulting
• Hands-on experience managing multi-person teams
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, RPA, OCR, etc.
• Stakeholder communication with executives
• Ability to structure and execute in undefined areas

Preferred:

• Experience launching AI-related businesses or services
• Close collaboration with Product teams
• Global project management experience
• Building AI education/knowledge systems internally

• AI BPR戦略の立案とロードマップ策定
• AIオペレーションマネージャー層のマネジメント
• 社内のAI活用推進・教育体制構築
• PdM、Biz、エンジニア、外部パートナーとの連携
• 社外イベント等を通じたブランディング活動
• 将来的にはVPoAI（Vice President of AI）としてのキャリア形成も可能

応募要件（MUST）:

• AI・BPR・コンサル等のプロジェクト統括経験
• 複数人規模のチームマネジメント経験
• ChatGPT等の生成AIやRPA/OCRに関する理解と活用力
• 経営層との折衝経験
• 未整備領域での組織構築経験
