About the Role

• Develop and execute technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage and scale an engineering team of over 50 members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams of 10 or more.
• Strong ability to manage and evolve company culture during periods of rapid growth.
• Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Japanese and English with excellent communication skills.
