Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the overall architectural direction of trading systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical challenges related to new business initiatives.
- Ensure the final quality assurance of deliverables.
- Conduct backend development tasks for various projects.
- Support the maintenance and operation of trading system products.
- Manage team operations and various administrative tasks.
- Evaluate performance requirements for trading systems and address technical barriers.
- Propose and verify solutions for achieving required performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain APIs for external integrations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing trading systems related to FX, stocks, or cryptocurrencies.
- Over 3 years of experience in system design.
- Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead system design and development, ensuring alignment with future technology and performance requirements.
- Experience in managing technical problems through hypothesis, verification, evaluation, and validation.
- Experience with domain-driven design and event storming.
- Experience in setting up environments on AWS is preferred.
- Experience in leading quality assurance for entire systems.
