This is a newly created Junior Analyst position within a highly experienced investment team. The role is particularly attractive for individuals who are passionate about financial markets and want to develop broad expertise across multiple asset classes and investment disciplines.

About the Role
As a Junior Analyst, you will support the CIO’s Market Research and Investment Strategy teams. The team currently consists of approximately 16 experienced economists, strategists, and analysts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career to develop a strong foundation in investment analysis and financial markets. Prior professional experience is not required, as the role is designed around team-based work, on-the-job training, and structured learning opportunities.
Rather than specializing in a single asset class, you will be exposed to a broad range of global markets and investment themes, allowing you to develop a comprehensive
understanding of how markets, economies, and portfolios interact.
Responsibilities
- Support research and analysis of financial markets and economic developments.
- Assist with investment analysis and the preparation of investment-related reports.
- Conduct research and organize market and economic data to support investment decision-making.
- Prepare and consolidate presentation materials for sales teams and clients.
- Support senior economists, strategists, and analysts with ongoing research and analytical projects.
- Collaborate with team members across different investment disciplines and asset classes.
- Develop insights and contribute to discussions based on market data, economic trends, and investment themes.
Requirements
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Strong interest and motivation to develop a career as a professional in financial market analysis, economic research, or portfolio/investment strategy.
- Ability to identify relevant questions and investment themes based on market data and developments in the broader economy.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to form and articulate your own views.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team-player mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Language skills are not specifically required.
