IT Consultant / Manager (IT Infrastructure Field)

About the Role
As an IT Consultant/Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end processes in IT infrastructure projects. This includes designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, managing public cloud services, and ensuring operational success for clients. You will lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver successful IT transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Consulting Services:
- Design and conceptualize next-generation IT infrastructure solutions.
- Create mid- to long-term strategic plans for infrastructure development.
- Define project requirements and construct system infrastructure.
- Provide outsourcing support for IT operations and help with department functions.
- Offer post-implementation support to clients to ensure continuous improvement and success.
- Project Management:
- Lead project management activities (PM/PMO) for infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee teams of 5 or more, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Team Development:
- Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth.
- Provide evaluations and feedback to guide the long-term development of the team.
Requirements
- Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, including infrastructure engineering, project management, and systems consulting.
- Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more members.
- Strong background in infrastructure projects, including requirements definition and system construction.
- A native level of Japanese is required.
- Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, and other Microsoft products (e.g., Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation and operation management.
- Expertise in AWS or GCP infrastructure, including design and implementation.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with endpoint management products (e.g., EDR).
- Experience leading operational design or improvement projects.
