With a bold “AI ERP” vision, the company aims to accelerate executive decision-making by embedding Generative AI and machine learning technologies into its next-generation product suite.

Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead AI product innovation from the ground up. In this role, you will define and drive the creation of AI-native features—from user experience design to full-scale implementation—positioning AI at the core of product value.

You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to turn cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, GenAI, and ML into impactful, user-centric features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, ideation, and execution of GenAI/ML use cases
• Define product requirements, specs, and strategic roadmaps
• Drive collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct PoCs and scale successful experiments into live product features
• Establish product KPIs and analyze performance to guide continuous improvement
• Manage relationships and joint development projects with external AI partners

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product management within SaaS or software companies
• Foundational knowledge and strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and ML
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects across Biz/Dev/Data
• Strong skills in problem structuring, hypothesis testing, and logical execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into products
• Hands-on experience in developing or implementing ML models
• Familiarity with agile development, growth strategies, or product discovery methods
• Track record of successful collaboration with external AI vendors or partners

• AI活用領域（生成AI/ML）の探索・課題設定・PoC実行
• プロダクト仕様・要件定義・ロードマップ設計
• LLM/MLの実装に向けたエンジニア、DSとの協業
• プロダクト効果検証、KPI設計・データ分析
• 外部AIベンダーとの折衝・プロジェクト推進

• SaaSまたはソフトウェアにおけるプロダクトマネジメント経験
• 生成AI・LLM・機械学習への基本理解と高い関心
• Biz/Dev/Data間の横断的なプロジェクト推進経験
• 複雑な仕様・課題の構造化と仮説検証スキル
